both of these books will, oddly enough, do wonders for your testosterone levels by helping you combat stress, which is largely the result of worry
go further than reading about stress, though, and get out in nature at least once a week
unplug from your work and your worries
this sounds like a whole lot of mental stuff, but it’ll help you dramatically reduce your cortisol levels
body fat, like cortisol, is a testosterone-killer
where excess body fat exists, testosterone can’t
this is, in part, why the bodybuilding practice of “bulking” isn’t good for muscle gains as the excess fat gained will diminish your testosterone levels, in turn, hurting your muscle gains
before you do anything re: fitness, start by losing fat
much of this means following the right diet plan, which i tell you about in the report, but just as much has to do with the right exercise plan
your overall weight gains will be slower if you’re not following a bulking protocol to gain muscle, but your muscle gains will be aided by the addition of testosterone, as well as a body that performs and recovers much more efficiently
your diet is, likely, killing your testosterone levels
first, testosterone is created in the testes where your body converts cholesterol into testosterone
without a hefty amount of dietary fats – which is where cholesterol comes from – you’re not giving your body the building blocks to create this wonderful hormone
have a least one “fats” meal daily
this meal can, and should, be abundant in vegetables, but should contain no other carbs
that is, no breads, pastas, or fruits
it should be high in dietary fats from things like animals, eggs, and fruits and nuts
it’s more complicated than this (again, covered in the report), but make sure you’re at least getting this one fats meal every day
the other reason why your diet is killing your testosterone levels is because of the sheer amount of carbs in your diet
you see, carbs spike insulin, and insulin doesn’t play well with testosterone
it combats testosterone, and if you’re following a bulking protocol that’s high in carbs, your insulin levels are consistently high, making it hard for your testosterone levels to be as well
does that mean you should remove carbs from your diet?
no! you need them, you just need to be eating the right kinds of carbs and at the right time
