  • for attaching
  • simplest, but requires virus-scanning by both creator and user, students should download before opening, and program version issues can cause viewing difficulties for some students

Webpage

  • for providing as a link/URL to a page uploaded to Polaris or other website
  • no worries about viruses or working in source page view, and allows images to be included
  • best to use Netscape Composer to create web pages

Text Formatting Editor

  • for adding content directly into Webtycho
  • preferable; no worries about viruses or working in source page view
  • no need to save/link to files stored outside of WebTycho
  • images can be stored in WebTycho
