Diigo's My Library is the central repository for all bookmarks, sticky notes, and comments you have attached to any Web pages. From My Library you can delete, modify, and add to any item in the repository. This tutorial provides an overview of the features in My Library.


1.  My Items – Allows you to review bookmarks and any items you may have marked "Read Later."  You can also upload images and post notes in this area.

2.  My Tags – Allows you to review the tag you may have added to a bookmark or sticky note. It also categorizes like tags. 

3.  Filter – Allows you to select which items you want visible: public items, private items, or all items.

4.  View – Allows you to select how you want your items to be presented, from a simple list with few details to an advanced list with complete details.

 

5.  Tool Set – Each library item (bookmark) has a tool set which includes: 

  • Text View - This fearture allows you to read the library item without all the clutter.  This is a premium account feature and is not available with the free accounts.
  • Edit – Allows you to make changes to the item.
  • Delete – Allows you to delete the item.
  • Share – Allows you to e-mail the bookmark to someone, get an annotated link to share with others, generate a printable report of the bookmark, or link to the media page.
  • Preview – Allows you to review the actual Web page that has been bookmarked.
