Type content directly into WebTycho (plain text or cut/paste HTML)

This is the safest, easiest way is to protect documents such as exams and assignments. This strategy secures access to sensitive documents within the WebTycho platform. You can type, cut/paste, or add content as an attachment directly in WebTycho.

Do not attach html documents. Because of the complications associated with attaching HTML files, from Fall 2003, WebTycho does not allow the use of attached html files.

1. To create an assignment, go to Faculty Center-->Course Content-->Manage-->Create Text. Enter content either as Plain Text or as HTML, choosing the correct radio button. If you prefer to attach a document, scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see (Optional) Attach File(s).

This assignment will be available to students at 12:01 a.m. (U.S.-Eastern Time) of the date you entered. This strategy secures an access to sensitive documents within WebTycho platform itself.
