Video (click play button)

  1. Open or create a PowerPoint presentation.

  2. Once you have a final version of your PowerPoint presentation, click the iSpring Free tab in the toolbar.

  3. Click the Publish button.

  4. The Publish to Flash window opens. In the Presentation title box, enter a name for your presentation.

  5. Click the Browse button to select the location where you want to save the file, and then click the OK button.

  6. Select the Slide Range.

  7. Choose the Options that are appropriate for your project.

  8. Click the Publish button.

  9. The Generating Flash Movie window opens and begins the process of creating the Flash movie.

  10. The destination folder that you selected to save the iSpring files to will open and all the files associated with the iSpring Flash movie will be visible. iSpring generates three files, however, you only need to add the SWF file to your WebTycho classroom.

  11. To close the folder, click the Close button.

  12. The Adobe Flash Player window opens. Click the Play button to test the presentation.
