UMUC is makes Impatica, VirusScan, and the Java Virtual Machine available free to our faculty. What can these packages do? How might they be useful to the faculty? And how can members of the faculty get them?

One of the frequently asked questions by faculty and staff has to do with obtaining discounted software through UMUC. Based on this popular demand, we attempted to gather information on what is currently available to our faculty, students and staff in collaboration with the Information Technology department and Software Engineering Program at GSMT. Below is a summary of software available for both UMUC-owned and employee-owned equipment.
