Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of the MS Project e-learning course, students should be able to:

  1. Recognize how MS Project can be used to manage projects.
  2. Start and exit the MS Project application.
  3. Create and define a new project plan.
  4. Use Save features.
  5. Recognize the basic MS Project application window components and features.
  6. Use the Help system to search instructions.
  7. View project reports.
  8. Enter project properties.
  9. Understand what a Project Guide is and use it to set a project's start date.
  10. Understand the basics of project calendar and set the working/nonworking time in a project calendar.
  11. Complete the provided exercises.
