Information and Library Services has developed a new business research guide, Business Research: Tips & Techniques, to help students, faculty, and staff learn how to build company profiles, find NAICS codes, develop marketing plans, do country research, find industry ratios and trends, and more.
This guide replaces the Business Research Tutorial that was largely text-based, and includes captivate presentations and links to resources with tips & techniques on all aspects of business research. The guide is organized into the following categories: Company Research, Industry/Trends, Marketing/Product Information, Demographics/Statistics, and Finance/Investing. While librarians are available 24/7 to assist you with your business research, this guide will show you what you need to get started on your own.
