Jack Boeve joined the CSI staff as an instructional support specialist in November 2011. Prior to joining CSI, he was a project specialist for nearly seven years with UMUC's Center for Intellectual Property, where his roles included Web and resource development, instructional support for courses and conferences, and creative communications and publications.

Prince joined the Center for Support of Instruction in March 2011 as a multimedia production specialist.

Sa sun joined UMUC's Center for Support of Instruction in December 2010.

Prior to joining the Center for Support of Instruction in April 2011, Pre-Ah was an Instructional Technologist at Carteret Community College, where she worked with faculty to create instructional media for their online courses--including handouts, PowerPoints, videos, and podcasts.

Floyd Csir enjoys collaborating with colleagues on a variety of instructional technology projects that help students, faculty, and staff reach their goals. He joined the CSI staff in August 2009 as an Instructional Support Specialist.

Sharon Huston wonders if it's safe to wear her Cowboys jersey up here in Redskins territory. Assuming, of course, that she can even find the jersey in all the packing boxes she carted from Dallas to Adelphi over the winter 2008 break when she joined the CSI staff as an Instructional Support Specialist.

Before joining CSI in September 2007, Judie worked at Concordia Lutheran School in Hyattsville as a Teaching Assistant and in the Business Office. Most recently she was responsible for student and family records, including admissions, registration, accounting, tuition management, and fund raising. She also did research, writing and editing for special projects. Although new to the world of information technology and distance education for adults, Judie is looking forward to becoming a valuable support person for the CSI staff.

Susan considers herself a lifelong learner who is always eager to try new things, whether it is a new learning methodology or a new software program.

Laddie joined the staff of UMUC in September, 2005 as a member of CMNT and was reassigned to CSI in May of 2007. In his nearly two years here, he has been very excited to help UMUC explore and implement new technologies in order to help staff, faculty and students achieve their goals.

Heloisa began working at the Graduate School on July, 2001. Heloisa brings a wealth of experience in the areas of graphic design and multimedia to GSMT's ITS department as well as to SUS.
